Heriot Row Apartments

Heriot Row Apartments & Studios presents you with a selection of discerning accommodation within a quiet art deco period building overlooking central Dunedin, the University and harbour.

Available for short-term or long-term lease options you can choose from fully appointed studio, one, two or three bedroom option with amenities.

All apartments and studios are spacious, light and warm, and contain beautiful period fixtures and furnishings. Linen packages available. Internet access is available in each apartment and studio if required.

Off street parking is available and there is a formal shared garden in the rear of the property.

Heriot Row Apartments & Studios are the perfect base for your stay in Dunedin. From this location you are close to the Town green belt, the historic Olveston House; you can walk to the CBD within minutes and are in close proximity to the main hospital, Moana swimming pool, the Museum and University. Nearby and a short walk are a large selection of restaurants and eateries.
